Shellstar Homes offers a variety of service options for homes they include:

• Turn – Key Standard– choose from one of our existing plans
• Customized – making some small changes to existing plans – generally staying within the main design
• The Full Custom experience – designing a full custom home with our designer

Where does Shellstar Homes Build?

Shellstar Homes can build on one of our inventory lots, or a lot you own.

We can provide assistance in locating a building lot if you do not currently own one, and are able to build throughout the city of Ottawa and Surrounding communities in both Urban and Rural settings.

Is Shellstar Homes Tarion Registered?

Shellstar Homes is a Tarion Registered builder.  For more information on the Tarion Program please see their website

Shellstar Homes Co-operation Policy

Shellstar Homes values the involvement of Real Estate Professionals in our transactions.

We do however require Buyer Representatives to PRE-REGISTER their clients with us. Failure to do so may impact the ability for Shellstar Homes to provide compensation.

How can you pre-register your clients with us?

• In person – at an open house or model home – we recommend you follow this up with a written confirmation or email.
• Via Phone – to the listing agent and or builder – we recommend you follow this up with a written confirmation or email.
• Via Email – please include the name of your clients along with the property they are interested in.

Unlisted Properties

If your client is looking at an unlisted property a Co-Broke agreement may be required please contact us for more information.
